ASEAN Leaders’ Interface with Representatives of ASEAN Youth 2022

We are thrilled to share the remarkable journey of our team members who recently participated in the one-in-life-time opportunity the ASEAN Leaders’ Interface with Representatives of ASEAN Youth, an official youth side event for the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summit, held in Phnom Penh.

On 10 November 2022, Mr. Vanndasambath CHHUON, General Coordinator, and Jinsoung Tov, Programme Support, had the honour to be Youth Representatives of the Kingdom of Cambodia, along with 18 ASEAN Youth Representative from the ASEAN Member States to the ASEAN Leaders’ Interface with Representatives of ASEAN Youth, an official youth side event for the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summit, held in Phnom Penh.

During the meeting, we, ASEAN Youths delivered the Policy Recommendation, an outcome of the First ASEAN Youth Dialogue that summarizes into 11 main points, to ASEAN Leaders and the ASEAN Secretary-General. We have also received many positive feedbacks and words of advice from ASEAN Leaders, on their optimism about youth, as the leaders of tomorrow and key players in ASEAN development.
